Celebrating National Recognition at the Credit Strategy Credit Awards 2025
Last night was a truly special moment for Toynbee Hall’s Debt Free Advice team. We were proud to be shortlisted for not one, but two prestigious national awards at the Credit Strategy Credit Awards 2025:
- Debt Advice Provider of the Year
- Best Use of Technology, for our innovative Video Advice Kiosks and in-house AI assistant, MoneyPennie
Although we didn’t bring home a trophy this time, being recognised alongside leading organisations such as StepChange Debt Charity, IE Hub, and PayPlan was a significant milestone for us. It’s a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come and the positive impact our service is making.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that we were the only face-to-face advice service shortlisted in these categories. It’s a testament to the relevance, innovation, and human-centred approach at the heart of our work.
