Rebecca Sycamore
Chief Executive
Rebecca has worked in the field of social justice for over twenty years. She was previously Executive Director of Strategy and Development at leading homelessness charity St. Mungo’s and has also held positions at Crisis and Homeless Link.
Rebecca has broad expertise across a range of organisational areas including running services, fundraising and commissioning, policy development and research, communications and senior management and governance.


Ben Campion
Head of Commercial and Operations
Ben is Managing Director of Toynbee Hall Trading and Head of Commercial and Operations for Toynbee Hall. Since June 2018, Ben has been responsible for managing and growing commercial revenues at Toynbee Hall, he has created and delivered our commercial offering – including our venue hire business and our commercial property offering. More recently the management of our operations functions has been added to his portfolio.


Matt Dronfield
Managing Director – Debt Free Advice
Matt is has led the Debt Free Advice partnership since January 2019. He is responsible for ensuring the service can offers free, expert money advice to over 24,000 people each year. Outside of work, Matt is the Vice Chair of a secondary school in Havering and prior to joining us, Matt spent nine years working for a regional youth charity developing programmes and initiatives for young unemployed people aged 18-24, not in education, employment or training (NEET), to engage with business and enter the workplace.
