City advice is a free advice service that offers confidential and impartial advice to help people in the City of London manage their everyday problems.

City advice is available to anyone who lives, works or studies in the City of London Square Mile (or City of London Corporation Estate).
How does the City of London differ from London city?
The City of London refers to the specific area traditionally known as ‘the Square Mile’ or ‘the City’, which encompasses the financial district and historic centre of London.
It is one of the 33 areas London is divided into being 32 boroughs and the City of London.

The new Workers Advice Line
City advice now offers an advice line delivered by RCJ Advice – a Citizens Advice service working in partnership with Toynbee Hall. The new advice line provides the same free, expert and confidential advice on a wide range of issues, and is available to people who work in the City of London.
