Seated yoga class

Come join us every Monday at 11am for an hour of gentle yet active seated yoga session, aimed at loosening and stretching painful muscles, reducing chronic pain, decreasing stress, and improving circulation.

Open to all abilities. This is a LinkAge+ activity aimed at people over the age of 50.
