Luis has lived in London for over 20 years and lived in Tower Hamlets for five years.
Luis brings over 20 years’ experience in governance, finance and strategy across private, public and charitable organisations. Luis has served on and chaired multi-sector boards, overseeing complex risk, audit and compliance matters and multi-million-pound budgets.
Other relent experience includes being President of the Rotary Club of London and member of the Court of a City livery Company.
