She has a breadth of experience in  learning and talent management, performance and reward, risk and governance, project planning, HR communications, driving employee engagement. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development  and  volunteers at her local CIPD branch.  She is very keen on social justice issues.
