How we work

Toynbee Hall is committed to achieving best practice in our governance, leadership and management practice. Our work is guided by a clear set of values which ensure we are accountable to the people we help, our staff, partners, donors and other stakeholders.

We regularly measure the impact of our work and publish the results both within our annual impact review but also on our website. See our impact in numbers.


Transparency

To ensure we are both transparent and accountable we publish our pay ratios and Chief Executive pay on an annual basis in our annual report. As an accredited London Living Wage employer our lowest pay band complies with the minimum £9.15 per hour rate and our pay ratios compare favourably to current charity benchmarks for executive pay ratios.
