Howard Jackson

Interim Director of Finance

 

Howard spent 22 years in the audit and accounting profession before becoming an FD. He has extensive experience across many different sectors including not for profit having worked with the Barrow Cadbury Trust and as Trustee of British Future. charles ferguson

Carole Macqueen

Director of Operations

 
Carole brings extensive experience of working at a senior level within the charity sector managing services, developing new business and leading change management processes at a local, regional and national level. Before joining Toynbee Hall in 2014, she worked for HCT, Cambridge House, School Home Support and bassac. carole macqueen

Dave Barnard

Head of Community Services

 
Dave has worked in social and community projects since 1999 in Sussex, Camden and now Tower Hamlets and the City of London after 10 years in high street retail. Dave Barnard

Beth Crackles

Head of Development

 
Beth has developed funding strategies and income streams for third sector organisations for over 8 years. Before joining Toynbee Hall in 2014, she worked for NCVO as a consultant, Friends of the Earth and RNIB.

Dolly Galvis

Head of Debt, Money and Advice Services

 
Dolly leads the organisation's portfolio of advice services including FITH and Capitalise. Prior to Toynbee Hall, she worked at the British Refugee Council.  Dolly Galvis

Sian Williams

Head of National Services

 
Before joining Toynbee Hall in 2009 as Head of Financial Inclusion, Sian served 13 years as a diplomat with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Daniel Bunn

Information and Systems Manager

 
Daniel moved in to the Charity Sector in 2010 working with vulnerable children in Bolivia.  On his return he became the Centre Coordinator at Cambridge House and joined Toynbee Hall in 2012 as the Advice Support Coordinator before beginning his current role in May 2014. daniel bunn

Jennifer Goh, FCCA

Accountant

 
Jennifer joined Toynbee Hall in 2009 as the Capitalise Finance Assistant from a commercial and practice background. Since then, she has joined the Toynbee Hall team as the Accountant supporting Charles Ferguson and the Finance team.
