LinkAge Plus
LinkAge Plus is an initiative of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Toynbee Hall is one of five Network Centres in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets that coordinates the services and activities provided through the LinkAge Plus network in the different local areas of the borough. A Network Coordinator and Outreach Workers at each Centre, working with the council, the local NHS, Registered Social Landlords and other organisations, will help people to get involved.
Network Centres provide some activities and services in-house and will work to signpost and refer individuals to other services where the Centre cannot provide for a particular need. All centres will act as information hubs for the entire LinkAge Plus network.
