Older People’s and Wellbeing Services

Our older people’s and wellbeing services seek to address isolation, low levels of physical activity and poor health. We aim to support people to age well and encourage them to be active in their community.

The Wellbeing Centre

The Wellbeing Centre is a place for people over 50 to take part in free social, fitness, health and learning activites or to have a cup of tea and a chat. There’s something for everyone!

We’re open Monday – Saturday between 10am and 4pm

You can find us at 52 Old Castle Street, London, E1 7AJ
