Making renting better for young people in Tower Hamlets

New Peer Action Research Project

Making renting better for young people in Tower Hamlets

Are you young and renting in Tower Hamlets?

We are looking for local residents to train as peer researchers due to the growing number of young people reliant on renting, to work as part of a team to conduct research and develop solutions and campaign to make renting better for young people.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Aged between 18-30
• Living in East London
• Renting through a private landlord

Our First Peer Research Project

The Needs of Older People in Tower Hamlets

This new project is following on from the success of our first peer-research project last year, where we trained a group of people aged over 50 to find out what the biggest concerns are for older people in Tower Hamlets.

Safety came out as one of the biggest concerns for older people. Watch this video to find out more about the process and findings from this project.
